HIPAAClient confidentiality will be protected under Federal and State Confidentiality Regulations which prohibit unauthorized disclosure of information. The Federal Laws protecting your privacy in using our service include the privacy standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164 and the Confidentiality Law, 42 C.F.R., Part 2.
All records are kept in locked files in the custody of RIEAS and cannot be accessed by employers.
